You may place your order 2 ways...

1.  order online:

•Once you place your order with honeydumplings, your product will be immediately placed in your shopping cart where you change quantity and see applicable shipping charges.

•Recalculate - select your shipping zone from the drop-down menu and make product or quantity changes - hit the recalculate button for accuracy.

•Go to payments - you will be immediately directed to the checkout process with Paypal. (Visa, Mastercard, E-checks)

2.  email order:

•Please contact us at customerservice@honeydumplings.com if you want to place an email order.  We will provide you with specific instructions.

•Payment is by money order or certified cheque.  Orders placed through email will be shipped once payment has been received.

taxes:

•All orders are subject to Canadian provincial and federal taxation guidelines where applicable.

•Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address you provide.  If the billing address is different than the shipping address, note that Provincial Taxes (if any) will be applied to the billing address.

•Canadian taxes are not applicable to orders shipped outside of Canada.  International customers are responsible for any and all additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these payments are made upon receipt of your product(s).

shipping rates:

•At honeydumplings®, we use Canada Post as our primary method of shipping. 

•The shipping charge is determined by weight and will be added to your cart once you select your shipping zone during the checkout process.

•In stock orders will ship within 1-4 business days from receipt of order.  Occasionally an item may be back ordered in which case we will notify you should this occur. 

•Parcels in Canada should be received between 3-10 business days once shipped.

•Express shipping rates are available, please contact us at customerservice@honeydumplings.com for delivery options and pricing.

•Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine it carefully and do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping.

•All in stock and processed orders to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA.  Delivery time is between 6-12 days.

•For international orders, please contact us and we can arrange delivery.
