1.   Products  may be returned up to 15 days from the date of purchase.

2.All returned or exchanged products must be in new, unwashed, unused and undamaged condition and be returned in their original packaging.  Used, soiled, or washed products will not be accepted for exchanges or returns.

3.Please email us to obtain a refund tracking # and further instructions to process your exchange or refund.

4.All orders requiring a return or exchange need prior approval by honeydumplings®. No refunds or exchanges will be made without a tracking number.

5.We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.  We do not accept C.O.D.'s. If such a case happens, we will direct the shipment back to the sender.

6.Unfortunately, honeydumplings® does not cover the cost of shipping your unwanted items back, therefore return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.

7.If an item is exchanged for a different item, the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

8.Once your Refund/Exchange is approved, ship back the item along with a copy of the Refund/Exchange Authorization Form that you had filled out. Note that you are responsible for paying the postage for the returned item.

9.All items are inspected for quality assurance.  However, if you do receive an item, which is damaged in some way, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in the exchange/ return process.

10.For our international customers, shipping costs, border taxes and/ or custom charges are not refundable.

11.Payments made to honeydumplings® by Paypal or by credit card will be refunded using Paypal/credit card (less shipping charges)  All fees charged by Paypal/credit card for a refund are the responsibility of the customer.

12.All other returns will be processed by cheque.  Please allow 10 business days following receipt of your return/ exchange for processing of your refund.
